The modular survivable undersea research submarine is designed to improve the efficiency and safety of undersea research missions. Through the modular design, different functional blocks can be flexibly configured to adapt to various scientific research needs; it is also equipped with a navigator module to assist operations, and at the same time, the advanced survival support system ensures the safety and comfort of the crew during long-term submersibles.
Continue readingThis project addresses Chicago's food deserts by creating a mile high vertical community at the lakefront, incorporating vertical farms that provide fresh produce within the urban fabric. Inspired by water droplet patterns, the four interconnected towers feature a tubular structure supported by a diagrid exoskeleton, maximizing structural depth and allowing for natural light and air circulation. Renewable energy sources, including wind turbines and cloud harvesting, create a self sustaining environment that can be reproduced in the future.

Recycled from over 3000 discarded computer circuit boards and illuminated at night entirely by the power of the sun. With a special bioluminescent coating that glows in the dark by absorbing both natural and artificial photons, it illuminates even without electricity. An included Artificial Intelligence system is embedded into the totems where the installation can "talk" to anyone organically. A special Metaverse Immersion is included once VR/AR goggles are worn.
